Our office accepts cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If you have dental insurance, we will happily file a claim for you. Insurance plans do not cover all procedures at 100%, so we ask that you pay your estimated co-payment at the time of service. Patients are responsible for any remaining balance not paid by insurance.
Patients often ask if we accept their insurance. Our office will be happy to check with your insurance company to confirm your eligibility for benefits for services at our office. We are not a member of any HMO/DMO type plans that require you to see only an in-network dentist for benefits. If you have a traditional dental plan, or a PPO plan, you will typically be eligible for benefits for services at our office and we will file claims for you.
Your insurance plan is a contract between you, your employer or plan's sponsor, and the insurance company. It is your sole responsibility for understanding and abiding by the terms of that plan. We realize it can be difficult to understand many policies and will be happy to assist you. We can also submit a pre-estimate for any treatment to your insurance company so that you can know what your patient portion responsibilities will be.
